Jim Thorpe hosted a Holiday Donation Drive on Friday, December 17, 2021, at his company, Summit Capital Partners office. They collected new toy and outerwear donations to benefit the patients and families of Seattle Children’s Hospital.

JIM THORPE COLLECTS NEW COATS & TOYS
With the goal of promoting community involvement, all individuals that donate either a new toy or a gently used coat will have the opportunity to enter a raffle and win (2) VIP Glass Seats to a Seattle Kraken game in 2022. The winner of the raffle will be announced on Monday, December 20.
“Our mission is to spread warmth and kindness throughout the Seattle community this Holiday season, we believe it is essential to continually give back to those in need,” said Summit Capital Partners founder Jim Thorpe. “We kindly ask our neighbors to join us and remember the patients and families in need of extra Christmas hope this year.” Thorpe will be at the event to assist with the collection process and hand out raffle tickets.
Jim Thorpe is a longtime Laurelhurst resident and founder of Summit Capital Partners. He is passionate about positively impacting the community and giving back to those in need. This past Halloween, Thrope put on his 7th Annual Laurelhurst Haunted House and raised $10,000 for the non-profit organization, Northwest Harvest.
Summit Capital’s Holiday Donation Drive will take place on Friday, December 17 from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. If individuals are unable to partake in person, they are encouraged to contribute to Summit’s virtual campaign. Participants will receive one raffle ticket for every new toy, gift card, or gently used coat that is donated. For online donations, participants will receive one raffle ticket for every $10 donated.
